Puyehue, formerly called Villa de Entre Lagos, is a commune in the southern part of Chile located in the province of Osorno, Los Lagos region.

Its main town is Entre Lagos,2 a town that is 46 kilometers from the commune of Osorno.

It integrates electoral district 25 (along with the communes of Puerto Octay, Río Negro, Purranque, Fresia, Frutillar, Llanquihue, Puerto Varas and Los Muermos)
